What is Quality Control Process?

Quality control (QC) is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production. ISO 9001 defines quality control as "A part of quality management focused on fulfilling quality requirements".Good quality control helps companies meet consumer demands for better products.

How We Manage Quality Control Processes?

From Raw Material coming in to products shipment, we manage every step of the manufacturing process to insure products are made to the clients specifications, All products have to go through 4 checks in the whole process:

·Raw material inspection

Quality control for production begins with the raw materials.

Once material is running, quality controls issues a First Article Inspection Report. After he First Article Inspection Report approval, the production could continue. If any a dimension is out of tolerance, quality control personnel will quarantine all materials suspected to be out of tolerance and immediately inform the supervisor. The quarantined material will be randomly inspected to determine the problem. If the random sampling shows parts out of specification, the Production Supervisor will stop production with this condition and make necessary changes to the process to fix the condition and re-issue new samples to quality control personnel to verify the changes have fixed the problem.

·In processing inspection

Throughout the entire production run, pieces are inspected to meet various criteria and standards such as dimensions, weight, cosmetics, and part fit. This constitutes the In-Process Inspection report.

·Final inspection

The Final Inspection is an inspection in the manufacturing process, and refers to the inspection performed in the final stage of manufacturing process. In this test, whether the complete goods meet the requirements as a product or not is determined in order to prevent the loss in customer confidence, various problems, and damages in advance.

·Outgoing inspection

The outgoing inspectionis the final guarantee that product is fully compliant with customer’s requirements. When product is complex, the inspection activities are planned to be synchronized with production, which helps for final inspection to complete quickly.
