CNC milling is a mechanical machining process along with drilling, turning, and a variety of other machining processes, meaning that material is removed from the workpiece via mechanical means, such as the actions of the milling machine’s cutting tools.

2.on one or several axes, cutter head speed, and pressure.
3.Milling covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. It is one of the most commonly used processes for machining custom parts to precise tolerances.
Most manufacturers prefer to use the CNC machines because they are very effective and machines have succeeded the traditional milling techniques.
Common materials include metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, steel, stainless steel, and titanium, as well as plastics such as POM,PP,PVC,Derlin,ABS etc.
